Returns and Exchanges
We will exchange or issue a refund (Less P&P) if goods are returned in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days.  Where an exchange is required delivery is free (UK only).  Please ensure you have proof of postage and that the goods are labelled clearly.  TM Golf Shops will not be held responsible for any returned goods not received or damaged in transit.

If an item is faulty it must be returned to us for inspection and if necessary we will forward it to the Manufacturers  for testing, before replacement goods or a refund can be issued.  (Please allow up to 28 days).  Orders of non stock items, special orders or made to measure purchases will be non refundable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  We must be informed of any damage or dissatisfaction with any order within 48 hours of receipt.  Please send all returns to:

Hygiene Regulations
Due to Health and Safety Regulations and the hygienic problems involved with any clothing or footwear, we regret we are unable to handle and look at any items unless they are CLEAN and DRY.  (Health and Safety at work act 1974).

We reserve the right to discontinue items and to change prices where necessary.

All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
