At TM Golf Shops we appreciate that a great after-sales service is important to our customers. Whether you need assistance prior to purchasing, with a recent purchase or in the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, take a look through the advice below. If you are unsure about anything, please feel free to call one of our helpful staff who will be happy to help you.

All products on this website are subject to availability. Whilst we strive to provide up to date information relating to a product, please be aware that all images are for illustrative purposes only and colour, size and style may vary. Prices are correct at time of publishing but may be subject to fluctuations. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any promotional discounts given are subject to availability and are not transferable at any time to previous or future sales. If you can't find a product you would like us to stock please let us know. Likewise, if you find the same product cheaper anywhere else, please let us know and we will do our best to beat it. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delay in Goods

We stock approximately 90% of the products advertised on our website so in the majority of cases we dispatch the same or next day. We will always email you to confirm estimated delivery times. We are in the hands of the manufacturers sometimes and always give you their estimated delivery times on out of stock items. Our standard £5.99 post and packing is Interlink Express standard next day UK mainland delivery option. However it is not a guaranteed service.

Shortages

When receiving your order please log in to our site using your email and password, and click on the “my account” section. The history of all orders is placed in this section so you can check at any time on the progress of your order. If the order says "dispatched" then all of your goods in full will have been dispatched to you complete. If the order says "Pending" then your order has been part dispatched/in progress and the outstanding items will follow. In the unlikely event of your goods not being complete it is the receivers responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. We cannot help you outside this time frame.

If you feel there is a shortage with your delivery it is your responsibility to also keep the entire package in which the goods were delivered in. If you discard these then we cannot investigate the shortfall (for insurance and Interlink investigation department) We cannot make a claim on your behalf without the packaging and therefore cannot re-send any replacement goods. You will receive a tracking number for all orders. If you haven’t received your parcel, firstly check in the "Order History" section and click on the relevant order you are tracking.(click on the "show" button) where if there is a delay it will state "waiting for stock". We will always leave you a note of estimated delivery time via email. If the order states "completed" then you will see your tracking number in your order at the top. (plus you should have received an automated email stating your tracking number.)

If the message reads "Pending" then there are other items to follow

Simply log onto www.interlinkexpress.com and place your tracking number in the relevant section and you will be able to see the status of your parcel. If there is a problem then you can contact Interlink Express directly on:  08702 200 300 or log into their website, www.interlinkexpress.com and type in your tracking number where their dedicated team will help you sort out the delay. If the parcel is lost then please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you.

Returns Section

Unused goods

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from TM Golf Shops you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Goods must be returned with all packaging, tags and labels in tact and must be unused.
We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used.
Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

We do not give postage and packaging refunds for goods that have turned up late due to shippers' problems / or out of stock items, or variations in colours or upgraded equipment.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on custom made products once they have been ordered. These are specially made to measure. We are in the hands of the custom fit departments of the suppliers and all lead times are estimated.
There may be fluctuations in the delivery times but we will keep you updated of the estimated delivery.

Returning a Product

It is the receiver’s responsibility at their own cost to return any unwanted product. Goods must be returned using a signed for service so that proof of returned signature can be shown

Undelivered items

We require a signature for all deliveries and give all customers the opportunity to have their goods delivered to a separate business address. If the item is returned to us because the product was not signed for, we do charge for re-delivery of the said items. If the receiver refuses a delivery we will only refund for the cost of goods and not for the post and packing.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please contact us by telephone in the first instance on 0117 9567000 (do not leave an answer phone message, please speak directly to one of our advisors). Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for an uplift of goods and on inspection will send a replacement by return of post.

Please note if you send goods back which are faulty we do not offer compensation for the postage costs.

If goods are faulty then we will arrange collection from you.

You must keep the original packaging if the goods are damaged for evidence of damage to the box etc.

No claim can be made on any delivery without appropriate packaging or documentation under any circumstances

Custom Fit Products

Please note that all customized products are made to your specifications and as such do not come with any form of refund or exchange policy. Once in production your order will not qualify for cancellation.

We will email you if the product is a custom option as soon as we receive your order

Corporate Logo’d / Embroidered Products

Please note that all Corporate products are produced to your specifications and as such do not come with any form of refund or exchange policy. Once in production your order will not qualify for cancellation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are given on receipt of goods back to our shop. Refunds can take up to 28 days to show on your statement. Please note we do not refund postage and packaging costs. If you have purchased goods over £100 and we have provided free shipping if you request a refund, we will still deduct the cost of the post and packaging from the value of the goods sent out to you.

If you need to cancel or amend your order in any way please call our sales line to do so. We do not accept any CANCELLATIONS or AMMENDMENTS via EMAIL due to emails not always being answered in real time and emails not being received.

Prices

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, from time to time errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Ensure your goods are packaged safely and securely. Where possible use the original packaging.

 

Use a reputable courier for larger goods, or recorded delivery for small goods. All goods must be sent via a “signed for” service. We are unable to accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

Please ensure you keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.

Manufacturer’s Warranties

 

If you experience a problem with any product that is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us by telephone in the first instance and follow up with an email explaining the problem. (please do not leave an answer phone message, please speak with one of our team). All products sent back to us after 30 days will be returned to the necessary manufacturer for inspection and at their discretion will either repair or replace the item. If the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, the item will be returned to you.
